These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EZcard online software service ("Service") provided by EZ Digital, LLC ("EZ Digital, LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the EZcard Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

EZcard is an online software service that allows users to create, manage, and share digital business cards and professional profiles. The Service includes web-based tools, mobile applications, and related features as described on our website at https://www.ezcard.com/.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the EZcard Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZ Digital, LLC.

To use the EZcard Service, you must:

EZ Digital, LLC provides technical support for the EZcard Service through the following channels:

  • Knowledge Base: Searchable database of common issues and solutions

5.2 Support Scope

Our technical support includes:

  • Assistance with basic Service functionality and features
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with the EZcard platform
  • Guidance on account setup and configuration
  • Bug reporting and resolution
  • General usage questions and clarification

Note: Adding content to your EZcard, customizing designs, or building out your EZcard with additional information is not considered technical support and will be covered by instructional videos, community forums, and paid consulting services.

5.3 Support Limitations

Technical support does not include:

  • Custom design or content creation services
  • Marketing strategy or business consulting
  • Training on general computer or internet usage
  • Support for third-party integrations not officially supported
  • Data recovery services (users are responsible for backing up their data)

6. Support Policies

6.1 Support Eligibility

Technical support is available to all active EZcard subscribers. You may be required to provide account verification information when contacting support.

6.2 Support Hours

Support is provided during the following hours:

  • Email Support: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time
  • Online Resources: Available 24/7
  • Community Forums: Available 24/7 with community moderation

6.3 Response Times

We strive to respond to support requests within the following timeframes:

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the EZcard Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

8. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the EZcard Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
  • Backing up your important data
  • Complying with applicable laws regarding your content
  • Not uploading sensitive or regulated data without proper authorization

9. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

11. Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data after a reasonable period.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ DIGITAL, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Digital, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EZ Digital, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Digital, LLC regarding the EZcard Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
